Advocacy topics include Individualized Education Plans (IEP), Social Security (SSI/SSDI) applications, and appeals for denied services Peer Support: Offers both one-on-one, goal-based peer support and peer support groups Support Planning: Assists individuals in navigating their options under a Consumer Directed Community Supports (CDCS) plan Youth and Young Adult Transition Services: Prepares youth and young adults for the transition to adulthood through guidance, planning, and skill development.

Black urban farms designed to be both a gathering space and increase food access. Offers free produce pick up, gardening and food preparation classes, community events, skills-building workshops, and environmentally conscious workshops for community members of all ages. Program includes weekly Conversations and Coffee (C&C), a cross generational gathering event focussed on relationship building and storytelling. Conversations and Coffee (C&C) brings in Black and BIPOC elders from the community to share stories with youth and adults about the history of people of color in Duluth.
