Lifeline Pilots coordinate free flights for passengers who need to travel a long distance to non-emergency medical treatment and air travel for humanitarian purposes. Humanitarian flights are on a case-by-case basis. Flights are typically facilitated in the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. When a departure or destination is beyond the service area, Lifeline Pilots will partner with other volunteer pilot organizations to serve those in need. All flights are provided by volunteer pilots. Pilot volunteers are accepted, and specific eligibility apply.
