- 28 private unfurnished apartments, including 18-bedroom apartments, ten 2-bedroom apartments, and one 2-bedroom suite
- Complimentary washer and dryer on every floor
- Emergency response pull cord in each apartment
- Heated underground parking
- Light housekeeping services
- Meals available at extra cost
- Pet-friendly apartments upon arrival
