- Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS): Helps adults living with a chronic mental health diagnosis manage their mental health symptoms and improve their quality of life. Services are completed at the client's home or in the community.
- Immigration-Related Assessments: Offers assessments for immigration-related cases, including U-Visa applications, hardship applications, and asylum applications. Through a clinical interview, therapists obtain information to create a report that describes the impact of specific immigration or violence-related experiences. Interviews generally result in a letter of support for the client.
- Mental Health Assessment and Therapy: Offers counseling services to individuals facing anxiety, stress, depression, and other mental health needs to help them build coping skills and health from emotional pain or struggles. Mental health therapists help adults, couples, and families with a variety of issues such as gambling, gender identity, geriatric issues, sexuality, marriage, parenting, and psychiatric disorders.
- Psychiatry: Psychiatrists work with clients already engaged in the mental health services at CLUES to prescribe medications that can help reduce or alleviate mental health symptoms
- Resources and Support: Offers peer and family support, services for veterans and members of the armed forces, and care coordination with other providers and systems

The program works to stabilize the family system so youth can remain safely in the home or return home following a short residential stay. CIBS is best suited for youth experiencing challenges such as aggression, depression, truancy, self-harm, or behavioral concerns.
The model combines intensive in-home therapy with assessment-driven recommendations for either continued community services or a brief residential placement, determined collaboratively with the family.
Core Program Components:
- Active parent involvement (required)
- Individual therapy for the youth
- Person-centered approach
- Therapy for parent(s)
- Therapy for the whole family
- Three in-home therapy sessions per week
- Time commitment of 4-6 months
CIBS with Residential Placement Ages: 8-17
This option includes all standard CIBS services plus a short-term residential treatment component.
Additional Services Include:
- Admission coordination
- Care plan coordination with shared youth and family goals
- Residential treatment for approximately 30 days
- Transition planning to safely return the youth home
- CIBS is available in Carver, Goodhue, Hennepin, Scott, Steele, and Dakota Counties, as well as MN Prairie County Alliance (Dodge, Steele, Waseca).
- In Dakota County, referrals are made through the school-based mental health collaborative.

Family Response & Stabilization Services provide immediate, in-person crisis response and stabilization for youth and their parents or caregivers. Services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and are currently offered in Hennepin County. The program focuses on reducing crisis escalation and supporting family safety and stability.
Youth Assertive Community Treatment (Youth ACT) Ages: 14-21
Youth Assertive Community Treatment (Youth ACT) is an intensive, community-based mental health service for adolescents and young adults with significant mental health needs. Services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team in home, school, or community settings. The program is designed to reduce hospitalizations and out-of-home placements while supporting stabilization and skill development.
