Provides outpatient mental health services to people of all ages. Services may be provided in-person at the clinic or to anyone residing in Minnesota via telehealth. Services include: Comprehensive diagnostic assessment which may also include screenings for depression, anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and cognitive functioning with recommendations for follow up testing as needed. Additional mental health services include: - Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Intensive Outpatient DBT ?- Individual, family, and group psychotherapy - Psychological Assessment and Testing - Psychiatric assessment, medication management, and psychotherapy

Three adult mental health crisis response services are defined as: - Crisis Assessment, - Mobile Crisis Intervention, and - Crisis Stabilization services This service provides adult mental health mobile crisis response services to eligible recipients. A mental health crisis is a behavioral, emotional, or psychiatric situation that would likely result in significantly reduced levels of functioning in primary activities of daily living; an emergency situation; or placement of the recipient in a more restrictive setting. This setting could include but not be limited to, inpatient hospitalization. A mental health emergency is a behavioral, emotional, or psychiatric situation, which causes an immediate need for mental health services.

Specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, oppositional behavior, ADHD, borderline personality, bi-polar conditions relational problems, attachment issues, parenting support, family conflict, sexually problematic behaviors, and emotional/physical/sexual abuse. - Bridging Program: provides continuity of care for residents Location: Austin Outpatient/Community Mental Health Services: - Provides outpatient individual therapy for children, youth, and adults specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, oppositional behavior, ADHD, borderline personality, bi-polar disorder, relational problems, attachment issues, parenting support, family conflict, sexually problematic behaviors, and emotional, physical, and sexual abuse. - Provides family and couples therapy - Provides diagnostic assessments and psychological testing and evaluations, as needed, including specialized diagnostic assessments for children ages 2 and older - Provides trauma-focused therapies including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) psychotherapy. - Provides telehealth and in-person appointments. Offers a full range of coordinated mental health services to promote the well-being and functioning of individuals and families on the Fond Du Lac reservation. Members of a different federally recognized tribe may also receive services based on program eligibility. Services provided are: - Adult rehabilitative mental health services (ARMHS) - Counseling for mental, emotional, social, and spiritual health. Therapeutic interventions with individuals, family, and couples counseling when appropriate. - Mental health case management for children and adults - Mobile crisis response during the day - Psychological evaluation - Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, brain spotting, and EMDR therapy NOTE: After hours mental health crisis response are provided through Birch Tree
