Building permits are required for any new construction, remodeling, building relocation, siding, roofing, driveways, signs, decks, and fences. Building permit applications are available at City Hall. - Finance and Administration - Fire Department: The Foley Fire Department is a municipal volunteer department serving the City of Foley and parts of Benton and Morrison counties. - Foley Municipal Pool: 110 8th Avenue , Foley, MN 56329. Pool House: (320)968-9908, email (add Pool Manager to the subject line): [email protected]. ?- Parks and Recreation: Responsible for all Foley parks and trails and the Foley municipal pool. - Planning & Community Development: Provides a series of long-term goals and plans to guide future development of land to ensure a safe, pleasant, and economical environment for residential, commercial, industrial, and public activities.- Public Works: Is responsible for municipal water and sewer utilities, street maintenance, snow plowing, infrastructure improvements, municipal swimming pool, and park maintenance.
