- Building Official: The City of Foley contracts for building inspection services, including rental property inspections, building plan review, and building, mechanical, and plumbing inspection with AllSpec Services, LLC. Contact building inspector, Nancy Scott, at (320) 293-5298. Building permits are required for any new construction, remodeling, building relocation, siding, roofing, driveways, signs, decks, and fences. Building permit applications are available at City Hall.

- Planning & Community Development: Provides a series of long-term goals and plans to guide future development of land to ensure a safe, pleasant, and economical environment for residential, commercial, industrial, and public activities.- Public Works: Is responsible for municipal water and sewer utilities, street maintenance, snow plowing, infrastructure improvements, municipal swimming pool, and park maintenance.
