- Responsible for planning, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of City streets including snow plowing, sanitary sewer system, and storm drainage system. Also provides traffic signs.
- Recycling/Garbage information: Dicks Sanitation. Pick up every other week on the same day as garbage collection. Bins must be at the curb by 7 am.

Offers its citizens a comprehensive recycling program through curbside and drop-box collection services throughout the county. Also works with the county planning commission which makes recommendations to the County Board of Commissioners regarding conditional use permits, subdivision plats, Zoning Ordinance amendments, and other issues as needed.
