- Responsible for comprehensive planning, zoning code updates, and zoning and land development approvals

Public Works:
- Provides park and street maintenance, street cleaning and repairs, snow removal, storm sewer, and traffic control signage

- Energy/Heating Assistance; Utility payments
Water and Sewer
- Responsible for water treatment and distribution for the city. If residents experience a sewer backup, they should contact the Wastewater department and their plumber. Homeowners are responsible for lines from the main to the house.
- Provides water to residential, industrial and commercial sites. Continually tests and monitors water for quality.
