The checkups include specific screening components to improve the health of children and teens and limit long-term outcomes of undetected health problems.
- Child Growth and Development Program: The Follow Along Program offers growth and development screening for children ages birth to age three through a series of age-appropriate questionnaires for parents or caregivers. A public health nurse will follow-up with parents or caregivers if a concern is identified.
