Support Groups for Young Adults and Adults - NAMI Minnesota

Provides the following support groups: ?- BIPOC Connection Support Groups: NAMI offers free support group for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) adults living with mental illness. Groups meet regularly to support attendees, build awareness and understanding, and to connect with others in the community who face similar challenges. Groups and facilitators offer privacy and confidentiality. Click here for a full list of support groups. - Dual Diagnosis Support Groups: NAMI Minnesota's dual diagnosis support groups are for adults living with both a mental illness and a substance use disorder or addiction. Groups are free and meet weekly for 90 minutes. Participants can find support, learn skills to deal with substance abuse, and connect with others who face similar challenges.
