Focuses on providing youth and young adults with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to help them make healthy decisions. Provides youth and young adults with the skills to identify and address the underlying causes of harmful behavior and resolve conflicts peacefully while teaching them how to recognize the warning signs of domestic and intimate partnership violence. The goal is for the youth to develop healthy coping skills and build meaningful relationships.

- Home Preservation helps low-income homeowners, impacted by age, disability, and family circumstances, who struggle to maintain the exterior of their homes
- We use volunteers, sweat equity, and no interest loans to make repairs affordable, helping low-income homeowners continue to live independently and securely in their homes
- Home Preservation is a supplement to our core building program. It enables us to serve more families and increase volunteer opportunities.

The refugee resettlement program coordinates services to assist refugees in making the transition to life in the United States. These services include resettlement and placement, cash and medical assistance, and employment and social services.
NOTE: Able-bodied RCA recipients are required to participate in an employment and training program. RCA recipients who are disabled or 65 years of age or older are required to apply for SSI.
