Therapy is also available via Teletherapy. Specific programming includes: - Phase Program: Outpatient, family-centered program for the assessment and treatment of adolescent males and females who have behaved in sexually inappropriate or victimizing ways - Psycho-educational Classes: Time-limited classes for offenders who severely deny or minimize their offenses or who need information on appropriate sexual behavior - Supervised Visitation: Between parents and children who are not allowed unsupervised contact by order of the court. Specifically designed for sex offenders, but will provide service to others in need of supervised visitation. - Victim/Survivors of Sexual Abuse: Individual therapy sessions are available by appointment to explore the impact that sexual abuse has had on the lives of those who have been victimized. All types of sexual abuse will be addressed including past and present abuse from both within and outside of the hom. - Specialized treatment groups for elderly sex offenders, young adult offenders, noncontact offenders, non coercive "statutory rape" offenders, Spanish speaking offenders, and child pornography (typically internet) offenders - Outpatient support/therapy group for spouses or partners of sex offenders - Support and aftercare groups for offenders involved in sexual abuse or aberrant sexual behavior

Provides legal advice and representation to parents who are involved with Child Protection, both before and during court proceedings with the understanding that working with Child Protection can be an overwhelming and stressful process. The program's goal is to help clients and their families prevent court involvement and achieve positive outcomes if clients do have to go to court. Services include: - Provide legal advice before and during court involvement - Represent clients in child protection court to help clients reach their goals - Connect clients with services and supports to help their families achieve stability - Advocate for clients with Child Protection and the courts to ensure clients rights are protected ARS is not affiliated with the Hennepin County Attorney's Office or the Hennepin County Child Protection. Therapists work closely with participants' probation officer to ensure the best coordination of care. Also provides therapy services for the entire family, safe and intentional reconciliation and reunification services for men and their families, and/or individuals they offended against, as desired or appropriate.

Focuses on providing youth and young adults with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to help them make healthy decisions. Provides youth and young adults with the skills to identify and address the underlying causes of harmful behavior and resolve conflicts peacefully while teaching them how to recognize the warning signs of domestic and intimate partnership violence. The goal is for the youth to develop healthy coping skills and build meaningful relationships.

Group therapy and individual therapy provided for domestic abuse issues. Groups for abusive men and abused women, and play therapy for children who have been abused or have witnessed the abuse. Also offers anger management groups for women. Anger management groups and therapy groups for children and adolescents are available. Parenting groups for parents of children exposed to domestic violence are also available. After completion of domestic abuse program, restorative parenting groups are offered to men and women to address the needs of children affected by domestic violence. After completion of domestic abuse program, family therapy and couples therapy may be available for those who wish to work on their relationships. - Sexual Assault Program: Group therapy and individual therapy available to women who have been sexually assaulted or sexually abused at any time in their lives - Restorative Parenting Program: 12-week group therapy program for women whose children have been exposed to domestic violence and a 10-week group therapy program is available for fathers who have exposed their children to violence in the home. Family therapy is available and recommended in conjunction with the group therapy program. Group therapy for children and adolescents exposed to violence is also available if there are sufficient numbers of age appropriate youth.

A structured program for men who have been abusive and/or violent with their partners offering participants the following: ? - Structured anger management/accountability and violence intervention program - Assessment - Fifteen weeks of group work (45 hours) - Three individual sessions (required) - Aftercare for three months and staff-approved accountability sponsor. Men are required to focus on anger accountability and to be responsible for their abusive choices against their victim's safety and well-being.

An 21-week treatment program for those who struggle with anger and have behaved abusively. Participants learn to understand their individual reactions and skills to manage difficult situations without responding abusively. Individuals can refer themselves or be referred by court, probation, child protection, or another agency. Groups are divided by gender. Day and evening options are available for men's groups.

- Diversion Program Monitoring for Adults: Low-level felony offenders with little or no prior criminal record may be court-ordered into the Diversion Program. Diversion allows certain property and drug offenders to avoid a felony conviction if they complete a probationary period with specific conditions. Offenders may be required to pay restitution to their victims, complete community work service, and undergo chemical dependency treatment. ?- Diversion Program Monitoring for Juveniles: Low-level juvenile offenders with little or no prior criminal record may be offered diversion as an alternative option to appearing in court. Youth in the Diversion Program will not have to appear in front of a judge, have a court record or be placed on probation. Diversion consequences are typically less significant than those imposed by the court. ?- Case management - Information and referral to services ?- Probation supervision for adult and juvenile offenders as ordered by the court, including Adult Probation Service Center and Juvenile Probation, home electronic monitoring, remote electronic alcohol monitoring, and specialized domestic abuse and sexual offender supervision
