- Provides age and situation appropriate education and training covering an array of topics related to LGBTQ+ equity for community organizations, service providers, community groups, and community members. Can be provided in person or virtually. - Works with students, educators, youth service providers, advocates, pre-service teachers, educational leaders, community groups, and policymakers to support and create school environments that help humans to feel safe, respected, and valued.

LGBT National Hotline - Provides telephone, online private one-to-one chat, and email peer-support, as well as factual information and local resources for LGBT clients of all ages anywhere in the United States - Maintains a database with more than 15,000 local community groups, organizations, businesses, and professionals, and can link callers with services available in their community Youth LGBT Hotline (25 years old and younger) - Telephone, online private one-to-one chat, and email peer-support, as well as factual information for teens and young adults up to age 25 about coming-out issues, relationship concerns, parent issues, school problems, HIV/AIDS anxiety, and safer-sex information, and more; all services are free and confidential. LGBT Senior Hotline - Provides gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender seniors the ability to talk with trained peer-counselor volunteers about issues including isolation, relationship concerns, bullying, HIV/AIDS, and more. All services are free of charge, confidential, by email, phone, and website only

Transgender Health Services - Eli Coleman Institute for Sexual and Gender Health

Child and Adolescent Gender Services Helps families understand various gender issues by developing customized treatment plans that may include: - Individual, family, and/or group therapy and psychoeducation - Communication and consultation with psychiatric and general mental health providers (when applicable) - Medical care including: individualized information sessions on puberty suppression and hormone therapy; gender affirming medication interventions including puberty suppression, men- strual suppression, and hormone therapy - Care coordination to help clients navigate the healthcare system and access resources Adult Gender Services Services for adults and their families may including: - Individual, family, and/or group therapy and psychoeducation - Therapeutic sessions to explore and discuss relationships and sexual health (pleasure-oriented positive sexuality) - Psychiatric referral - Individualized information sessions on gender affirming hormone therapy options - Gender affirming medical care including menstrual suppression and individualized hormone therapy, including low dose options - Stabilization of common medical conditions, with referral to specialty and primary care as needed - Gender affirming preventive care counseling - Referral letters for medical interventions such as surgery - Care coordination to help clients navigate the healthcare system and access resources Therapeutic and Peer Support Groups Meets twice a month, topics include: - Exploring embodiment goals and navigating medical interventions - Coming out to friends and family - Navigating social transition - Sexuality, dating, and friendships
