Outreach and Support - Coming Out of Bondage - COOB
Provides outreach and support for women seeking to escape human trafficking and prostitution. Services include:
- Financial assistance for clothing, transportation, personal hygiene products, hotel stays, or travel. Amount of assistance may vary and dependent upon funding.
- Referral to resources such as shelter programs, substance use treatment programs, and other basic needs
- Street outreach to individuals on street corners

Victim Support Services - Central Minnesota Sexual Assault Center
- Advocacy to victims in hospital/medical situations
- Psychoeducational group for women who have been involved in the sex industry (or who are at risk of becoming involved)
- Referrals for medical, legal, counseling, and other professional services are available
- Safety planning for people being abused, stalked, or made to feel unsafe
- System advocacy services for sexual assault victims in the hospital, law enforcement, and in the criminal justice system
- One-to-one counseling
- Youth prevention education program for ages 12 - 18 year olds (all genders), to help build skills and navigate risky situations, and encourages support systems and local resources for youth

?- Schools are now mandated by law to have a sexual harassment policy, and most have a sexual harassment reporting form. - After receiving a report, they must notify the District Human Rights Officer with 24 hours. - An investigation is begun by School Officials or a 3rd party. - If the complaint is found to be valid, the school must take action and show a written action plan to the victim. - For legal action to be taken, all Administrative actions must have been exhausted. - This includes having the victim confront the harasser. - Charges must be filed with the Human Rights Commission within 1 ear of the last incident of harassment or with the EEOC within 300 days of the last incident of harassment. - Steps to take in handling a sexual harassment case in the schools are: - Confront the harasser and tell him/her to stop - Document every incident, noting time, place, what happened, witnesses, etc. - Report to the Principal, Counselor, Teacher, Interventionist or Human Rights Officer - Take legal action.
