No monthly payments but there is a lien on the home where the homeowner must remain in the home for 15 years to be forgiven.- Emergency and Accessibility Loan Program (ELP) addresses home improvements or essential accessibility improvements. No monthly payments but there is a lien on the home where the homeowner must remain in the home for 15 years to be forgiven.- Fix-up loan with low-interest to fix basic and necessary home improvements that qualify such as electrical wiring, plumbing repairs, well or septic repair/replacement, windows, siding, or other basic improvements that affect the safety or energy efficiency of the home. The loan maximum amount is $75,000.

  • Short-term support counseling for individuals who have been sexually assaulted, including individuals used in prostitution and sex trafficking. Counseling is also available for family members and friends of sexual violence victims.- One-to-one peer counseling- Hospital Counseling/Advocacy: Counselors are available to provide counseling, offer information, provide options, and support sexual assault victims at the hospital when they come in for an evidentiary exam. If the victim wishes to make a report to law enforcement, the counselor will remain to provide support. If, upon arriving at the hospital, the sexual assault advocate is told that the victim does not wish to have an advocate, a packet of written information will be left for the victim, and the advocate will leave. Advocates provide support to family and friends of victims in the hospital.

Services may include assisting the client with housing search assistance, tenant education, budgeting assistance, life skills training/coaching, etc. For individuals and families experiencing homelessness or on the verge of becoming homeless that are currently in housing or have found housing: If eligible Family Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Program - FHPAP may help with rent, security deposit, utilities, and utility deposit assistance. Note: Funding comes from a variety of sources including the Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program - FHPAP as well as others.Youth Services:- Waaban Ogimaawag (Tomorrow's Leaders): Provides youth with an opportunity to become engaged in traditional American Indian service learning. Also provides tutoring to American Indian youth on diverse subject areas, including test preparation, skill building, and success strategies.
