Central Minnesota Brainerd Campus site serves 89 male residential clients and offers outpatient services to women and men. Offers both a 13-month program as well as a traditional short-term residential program. Duluth Northland Campus site offers a long-term residential recovery 13-month program for adult men. There is also a short-term residential 1-3 month program for adult men that offers intensive treatment services. Main site offers shorter-term programs, a long-term faith-based recovery program, and extensive prevention and transitional/aftercare services. Rochester Campus site offers short-term licensed treatment (typically 14 - 90 days) and long-term faith-based recovery. This is a 13 month program for both men and women. Long-term Program: 13 - 15 month residential program focusing on substance abuse, offered in a Christian environment. Residents work on overcoming self-destructive patterns associated with their substance abuse and developing positive life skills. Additional services:
  • Individual pastoral counseling, marriage and family therapy, and small groups
  • Licensed psychologists for dual-diagnosis residents
  • Elective classes target issues that often coincide with chemical abuse
  • Tailored assignments focus learning to meet individual needs
  • On site GED programming available
Short-term Program: Offers intensive licensed Rule 245G programs with optional co-occurring disorder treatment services. Programming is provided in a structured therapeutic community offering continuous observation and treatment by professional multidisciplinary staff members. This program serves men and women, boys and girls (over 16 years of age). Length of services and level of care is based on client's ongoing assessed need. Most stays range from 21-60 days, but a one year continuing care plan is required for successful completion of this program. This program utilizes best practices including a traditional 12-Step program, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and integrated mental and chemical health services. The multidisciplinary staff approach is motivational, strength-based and relationally focused. Also offered is life skills development that helps the client enhance coping and social skills.

Helps people without children who can't work enough to support themselves, and whose income and resources are very low pay for basic needs. The maximum monthly benefit is:
  • $128 for a person living in a licensed residential facility or receiving substance use disorder treatment services
  • $350 for a person living in the community
  • Emergency funds may be available if the individual cannot pay for basic needs, such as shelter or food, and their health or safety is at risk because of this
People who get GA are eligible for help with medical and food costs through Medical Assistance - MA and the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program - SNAP.

Provides substance use services including comprehensive assessments, individual and group counseling, peer recovery support, recovery outreach, jail diversion, treatment coordination, and access to medications for opioid use disorders.
Patients who need to speak with a financial counselor, need cost of care estimates, or determine if they may qualify for financial assistance to pay for procedures, may reach out about options. Financial counselors can help individuals understand patients' responsibilities and may offer no-interest payment plans. Other options may include:
  • Discount Program: Individuals who are uninsured or underinsured and have incomes less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Guideline may be eligible for help to pay their medical bill
  • Elevate Patient Financial Solutions: Help patients without medical insurance find resources to help pay for medical bills

A formal program providing employment and training services to workers laid off from their jobs due to no fault of their own. These and other services are available at no cost to program participants who meet eligibility requirements. A variety of services are available including: career planning and personal counseling for career decision making, developing job goals and personal planning, training and retraining resources to update skills or acquire skills in a new field, job-seeking skills workshops on preparing resumes and cover letters, learning and practicing interviewing skills and networking, job clubs to meet other job seekers to network, check current job openings, and discuss issues. Placement services are also available including leads developed by counselors and agencies. Support services in certain cases are available for expenses such as child care and transportation, to enable participants to achieve their employment or training goals.

  • Administrative Services Department Greets members who call or visit the service centers and answers general co-op questions. Is responsible for financial and control activities, administrative management information systems, capital credits, billing, human resources, call center and oversees installation and maintenance of information technology such as automated meter reading software and computer hardware systems.
  • Member Service and Community Relations Department Provides technical advice and assistance for special heating and cooling programs to help members save money on monthly electric bills. The department oversees the co-op's energy efficiency and conservation programs and also coordinates member marketing and communication initiatives. Community outreach and assistance activities, such as Operation Round Up®, are also coordinated through the member service department.
  • Operations Department Builds or upgrades your service, helps plan your new service, restores power during outages, builds and designs the electrical system to meet and control right-of-way and vegetation growth near power lines. Strives to exceed the expectations of members by providing safe, reliable and affordable electric service.   • Safety Department Develops, implements and coordinates policies and programs to provide for the maintenance of safe, healthy working conditions throughout Lake Country Power's outside system operations and service centers

The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Adults must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help. Short-term, one-time grant assistance for persons in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, moving expense, necessary home repairs, or need for furniture or appliance replacement or repair.

Homeless Prevention Programs
  • Prevention Services: Temporary financial assistance and/or supportive services to help people remain in their current housing situation, relocate, or divert them from entering the homeless system. Financial assistance may help with rental application fees, the first month's rent, past due rent, or utility assistance.
  • Rapid-Rehousing: Assists households to quickly exit homelessness and return to permanent housing. Provides one-time rental assistance and supportive services such as case management and housing navigation.
Homeownership Down Payment Assistance
  • Assistance under this program may include payment of reasonable loan down payments, closing, and/or costs generally referred to as settlement charges associated with the first mortgage of the home to be used as the family's primary residence. Maximum amount of assistance is $3,000 including down payment, closing, and settlement costs.
  • Helps secure affordable homeownership for Fond Du Lac band members
