Provides and delivers short-term food assistance and essential supplies to individuals and families experiencing food insecurity or temporary hardship. Coordinates the purchase and distribution of groceries and basic necessities through trusted vendors and community partners, prioritizing dignity, privacy, and access. Support is provided on a needs basis as resources allow, and the program also connects individuals to additional community resources and educational material when appropriate.
