- Public Housing: Operate a 40-unit, one bedroom, apartment complex, Whispering Pines in Forest Lake. Qualifying individuals pay up to 30% of their adjusted monthly income for rent. Acknowledges and treats substance abuse and gambling as an illness and offers CBT and DBT therapies to address it. Individual sessions with a psychotherapist are available. At the first appointment, individuals will meet with assessment staff who will recommend an appropriate program.
Intensive outpatient program: Includes 9 hours of group therapy per week, individual counseling, and education on the impact substance use has on the mind and body. The program offers family meetings and counseling. Provides a plan, based on structure and accountability, to live a better life free from using drugs and alcohol.
?Karen community recovery program: Offers the first culturally specific Karen substance use disorder treatment in the US. Karen Recovery Program was developed with the Karen Organization of Minnesota (KOM) to provide addiction treatment with a culturally specific approach and Karen peer recovery support.
??Outpatient treatment: Provides 4 - 7 hours of group therapy per week as well as individual counseling, education, and family involvement.
?Recovery management: Meets once per week for 2 hours. Clients develop their personalized Recovery Care Plan to assist them as they prepare to leave treatment and begin continuing their lives in recovery and freedom.
Senior recovery program: Is an intensive treatment program for patients who are 55 or older with a substance use disorder. A senior co-occurring program is also available for patients who are 55 or older with a substance use disorder and another mental health diagnosis.

- 24-Hour Crisis Hotline: Provides a hotline for advocacy, resources, and shelter for all victims of violence. The hotline provides information and safety planning to support victims.
- Advocacy: Legal advocates can help victims navigate and explain the legal system in criminal and civil protective order cases. Helps victims work with local police, city, and county attorneys to advocate on the victim's behalf. Assist in filing Orders for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders. Attend court hearings with victims to provide information and support and more.
- Emergency Shelter: A 24-hour domestic violence and sexual violence emergency shelter within Carlton, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, and Pine counties. The Black Dog Hill Shelter provides secure emergency shelter and access to basic needs to survivors and children. Basic needs include meals, toiletries, clothing, linens, diapers, laundry facilities, and access to a food shelf.
- Intervention: Offers a Batterers Intervention Program to those interested and/or court-ordered to participate in a psycho-educational group led by trained professional facilitators. Participants learn to identify abusive behaviors and are taught to react to situations non-abusively and communicate with their partner.
- Support Groups: Provides support groups to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault through empowerment, conversations, and activities. Meetings are held in-person and virtual and times will vary by county office.
