Provides state-certified adult and child mental health services, including: - Adult residential services- Children's mental health targeted case management- Counseling- Consultation and contracted services- Diagnostic assessments- Infant and early childhood mental health services- Mental health behavioral aides (MHBA)- School link mental health (SLMH)- School-based children's therapeutic services and supports (CTSS)- Reflective supervision

The Child Support Division assists with:- Adjusting court orders based on the cost-of-living index- Collecting and processing payments- Establishing parentage- Establishing and enforcing court orders for child support, medical support, and child care support- Locating parents- Reviewing and modifying court orders for support- Works with other states to enforce support when one parent does not live in MinnesotaMinnesota Child Support Online https://www.childsupport.dhs.state.mn.us/Welcome.request : an interactive website developed by the State of Minnesota to provide child support participants with information about their case(s).NOTE: Either parent of a child may get certain child support services. Parents who do not receive public assistance can apply for services at their county child support office for a one-time $25 service fee. Parents who receive public assistance for a child whose other parent does not live with them are automatically referred for services and are not charged a service fee.

The Individual Development Account (IDA) program helps low-income wage earners build assets through matched savings. Each participant commits to 12 hours of financial management educational workshops and monthly budget counseling. Participants deposit a portion of their income into a Family Asset Account, which generates a 3:1 match through the program. The maximum match amount for a participant is up to $120 a month if they deposit up to $40 into their account. The account can be used only to buy a home, for higher education expenses, or to begin a small business.

Cash-grant program for families with low incomes experiencing a household emergency. Families can receive assistance once every 12 months. The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Families must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help.?Short-term, one-time grant assistance for persons in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, moving expense, necessary home repairs, or need for furniture or appliance replacement or repair.

Helps eligible adults with disabilities seek suitable, affordable, accessible housing that gives them more control and independence. Housing Access Services can:- Accompany individuals when looking at housing- Assist finding affordable furnishings and household items- Assist with packing and moving- Help complete rental applications and lease agreements- Help develop household budgets- Help people move to a place of their own- Meet and negotiate with landlords/property staff

Provides psychotherapy services designed to support minority, immigrant, and refugee populations, including PTSD, generalized anxiety, and depression disorders.

The Law Library is open for self-service during open hours on a first-come, first-served basis. Services available:- Assist in filling out court forms- Explain the legal procedure, court rules, interpret the text of the statute, legal opinion, or administrative regulation- Free legal consultation or referral of information to those needing legal advice. A mental health program for children who require varying levels of intervention to address conditions of emotional disturbance that interfere with their ability to function independently. The program contains components of psychotherapy, and individual, family, and group skills training.

Provides services to children with severe emotional disturbance. Services include:- Children's Mental Health Targeted Case Management (CM-TCM): Assist children and families in obtaining needed services, improve functioning in education, interpersonal relationships, family relationships, family functioning, and enhance daily living skills- Children's Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS): Provides in-home, school-based, or community setting for counseling services. The program provides a safe, convenient, and nurturing environment for families and children to prevent out-of-home placement.

Provides support to adults, children and families who are experiencing a mental health crisis in the comfort of their own home or other community location. Works in conjunction with local law enforcement agencies and emergency departments.Services include:- Crisis prevention planning- Crisis text line- Individual and family education- On-site response to assess and stabilze a crisis situation- Referrals to other local resources- Short-term stabilization services through brief ongoing support- Telephone crisis intervention

Food shelf which can be used once in a 30-day period. Families receive food for three - five days. Hygiene items may be available as supplies last.Vouchers for clothing (adults and families), and bedding/linens. Provides Bridging referrals for individuals needing furniture.Transportation: Bus and gas cards are available for individuals who are experiencing homelessness and in a Coordinated Entry program or for individuals who are starting a job but haven't received their first paycheck yet.HeatShare, seasonal services, Family Camp, back to school program, seasonal programsCoordinated Entry assessments for adult families and singles 24 and older in Anoka CountyFamily Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP): Funds are only available to individuals and families facing an eviction. Funding varies month to month and may not be available. NOTE: One phone line is set aside for this program. It stays open until there are more than 80 requests per week. Then it is closes until staff are caught up on intakes. When the intakes are caught up, the line is opened again. Individuals should try the phone number a few times throughout the week.If someone asks, let them know to keep checking Line 5 - it will open again soon.Rapid Rehousing: Provides services for people experiencing homelessness that have found housing.
