Provides regular telephone peer-to-peer support calls to check in on recovery. Offers support, encouragement, and information about resources to help individuals seek or maintain recovery. Allows individuals making the calls to share their experiences, enhancing their own recovery.

Group home and community-based services program that allows children with disabilities who require a higher level of care to receive services in the community.

Medicare Savings Programs have four sub-programs:

• Qualified Disabled and Working Individuals (QDWI): Helps pay for Part A premiums only. Monthly income limits for individuals and married couples apply.

• Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB): Helps pay for Part A and B premiums as well as deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments. Monthly income limits for individuals and married couples apply.

• Qualifying Individual (QI): Helps pay for Part B premiums only. Monthly income limits for individuals and married couples apply.

• Specified Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB): Helps pay for Part B premiums only. Monthly income limits and countable resource limits apply for individuals and married couples.

Outreach project to connect with women who may have bleeding disorders. Raises awareness of women's bleeding disorders and helps direct those who have a bleeding disorder where to go for information and treatment. Increases awareness of Von Willebrand Disease (VWD).

The city fire department provides fire prevention education and elimination.

• Connecting individuals and organizations to community resources and tools that embody inclusivity, diversity, and belonging

• Distributing educational materials to the community and local partners

• Local diversity and leadership trainings

• Student workshop called the Prejudice Reduction Workshop for grades K - 12

Provides fire and rescue services including:

• Emergency medical services

• Emergency response training for the public

• Substance use disorder safe station: Walk-in services provided at Fire Station 14 (2002 Lowry Avenue North, Minneapolis, MN) for people experiencing struggles with opioid addiction. Services include vital sign evaluation, emergency services if needed, and referral to a peer recovery coach 24 hours/7 days a week

• Technical and water rescues

Aquatic Center features a zero-depth splash pool with interactive play features for children. Amenities include tumble buckets, deck sprays, a mushroom waterfall, bubblers, a five-arm water fountain, and a water slide.

Statewide Wisconsin 2-1-1 information and referral services

Breast health and oncology clinic, including:

• Education and support groups

• Genetic counseling and risk assessment

• Research

• Rehabilitation

• Sage screening and diagnosis, mammograms

• Treatment planning and treatment

• Full-Day Child Care: Nine metro Early Childhood Learning Centers provide full-day, year-round child care options for children ages six weeks to five years

• Part-Day Preschool: Three area preschools prepare kids two to five years old for school with part-day readiness programs during the school year

• School Age Care: Provides before-and after-school care and school release day options for kids in kindergarten through sixth grade at many locations across the Twin Cities

• Summer Youth Programs: Provides full-day summer enrichment, including Summer Power, Uproar, and Summer Sports for kids in preschool through eighth grade

Assists with clients experiencing domestic violence by:

• Assists in obtaining orders for protection (OFPs)

• Assists victims in safety planning

Early Childhood Education Centers provide full time, nationally accredited early childhood education, and care for infants, toddlers, preschool and school-aged children from 6 weeks - 10 years old. Programs include whole-child learning to nurture self-esteem, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of the child. Programming includes:

• Curriculums grounded in anti-bias and child-initiated play

• Daily parent-teacher communication

• Free one-year health and wellness family membership at YWCA

• Fresh, nutritious meals, and snacks for all children

• On-site music, yoga, mindfulness, and art classes

• Science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM)

• Scholarships and assistance for families who qualify

Exercise group for seniors. Services include:

• Cardio exercises to strengthen the heart and lungs

• Flexibility work

• Senior Yoga on Wednesdays and Fridays
