Group topics include:- Colorful meditation- Co-occurring treatment services- Positive mental health- Living skills- Men's health- Moral compass- "Who am I sober?" Participants start with 34 sessions, 4 days/week, then transition to 32 sessions, 3 days/week for a total of about 200 hours, plus ongoing individual counseling over roughly 20 weeks (adjusted to progress). The program is licensed under Minnesota's chemical dependency rules.
