No monthly payments but there is a lien on the home where the homeowner must remain in the home for 15 years to be forgiven.- Emergency and Accessibility Loan Program (ELP) addresses home improvements or essential accessibility improvements. No monthly payments but there is a lien on the home where the homeowner must remain in the home for 15 years to be forgiven.- Fix-up loan with low-interest to fix basic and necessary home improvements that qualify such as electrical wiring, plumbing repairs, well or septic repair/replacement, windows, siding, or other basic improvements that affect the safety or energy efficiency of the home. The program is provided when care is deemed medically necessary, after meeting income criteria. Offers both free care and discounted care, depending on individuals' family size and income. Medical expenses not covered under this program are insurance co-pays, Department Transportation physicals, Lakewood Care Center, Care Van, Lakewood Pines, or Manor Accounts, and In Vitro Fertilization services.

Minnesota's Medicaid program for people with low income. Most people who have MA receive health care through health plans. Members who do not receive health care through a health plan receive care on a fee-for-service basis, with providers billing the state directly for services they provide.MA pays for a variety of services like doctor visits, prescriptions, and hospital stays. Some services and prescriptions may require prior approval. Provides case management for a range of services to people experiencing problems related to mental health issues. Services are provided to help people maintain the highest level of independence in community living. Available services include: - Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services (ARMHS): This service is rehabilitative and meant to enable the person to develop and enhance mental health stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills. ARMHS instructs, assists, and supports individuals regaining or starting skills to live independently.- Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams: ACT is an intensive, comprehensive, non-residential, and rehabilitative mental health service team model- Case Management: Offers referrals to community mental health centers, community outreach programs, housing support options, local social clubs/drop-in programs, residential treatment facilities, and vocational services- Community Support Program (CSP): Helps people manage their mental health symptoms, participate in their community, learn medication management, and develop daily living skills- Individual Placement and Support (IPS): Helps people with mental illness find and keep a job through the IPS program. Program participants have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals to maximize the possibility of employment success.

Journey to Freedom: Provides an 8 week session where participants meet in small-group discussions, read, reflect, find support, and heal. The goal of the program is to build community and support successful life change in a safe place. Specialty series include Freedom from Body Image and Food Issues, Freedom from Low Self-Esteem, Freedom from the Pain of Grief and Disappointment, and Freedom from Fear. Condition Specific Programs: Include tailored health and fitness programs for people with health conditions including Parkinson's disease and pre-diabetes. Water Safety Program: Provides reduced cost water safety instruction for kids ages 5 - 14 and swimming lessons for ages 6 months to adult. Offers parent and child, school-age children, preschool children, and teen and adult swimming lessons and water safety instruction. Member and non-member rates available. Provides trainings and certifications for lifeguard training, CPR and first aid, babysitting safety, safety training for coaches and instructor level training. Classes are offered in a traditional classroom and blended where lessons are online and skills are practiced in class.

Rehabilitative mental health services that enable the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, when these abilities are impaired by the symptoms of mental illness. ARMHS are also appropriate when provided to enable a recipient to retain stability and functioning, if the recipient would be at risk of significant functional decompensation or more restrictive service settings without these services. - Adult rehabilitative mental health services instruct, assist, and support the recipient in areas such as: interpersonal communication skills, community resource utilization and integration skills, crisis assistance, relapse prevention skills, health care directives, budgeting and shopping skills, healthy lifestyle skills and practices, cooking and nutrition skills, transportation skills, medication education and monitoring, mental illness symptom management skills, household management skills, employment-related skills, and transition to community living services. Basic living and social skills is a separately billable service as defined below. - These services may be provided to a recipient on a one-to-one basis in the recipient's home or another community setting or in groups.

Provides fire and rescue services including:- Blood pressure checks- CPR training- Car seat safety inspections- Emergency medical services- File of Life kits: Red magnetic folder provided to residents to highlight vital personal data in case of an emergency- Fire suppression- Fire prevention education- Fire permits- Inspection and testing of fire protection systems- Lockbox: A secure lockbox is provided and placed at the entrance door of the resident's home. A key to the home is placed within the lockbox, which can only be accessed by special key carried by police and fire personnel.- Medicine disposal bags: Offers free medication disposal bags to residents to get rid of unused prescription medications- Technical and water rescues

One-stop service center for victims and survivors of domestic violence that is staffed by a collaborative of 18 agencies that provide legal advocacy services at court. Available services may include:- Crisis intervention and personal advocacy- Legal advocacy- Legal consultation and representation- Law enforcement investigation and prosecution of offenders- Order for Protection and Harassment Restraining Orders writing/filing for victims- Referral to shelter, permanent and transitional housing, employment, personal counseling, safe child visitation services, and other community partners- Supervised play for children while the parent/guardian is accessing servicesAfter hours or on the weekends, individuals should call the Saint Paul Domestic Abuse Intervention Project.
