Provides cash assistance to help adults receiving Supplemental Security Income - SSI pay for their basic needs. A school-age child care program offering a variety of programs such as arts, crafts, physical education, outdoor games, summer field trips, and other services. The Energy Assistance Program helps pay heat and electricity costs. Payments for energy bills are sent directly to the household's energy company or fuel provider for propane, fuel oil, or wood. Family Homeless Prevention and Assistance Program - FHPAP is designed to prevent homelessness by assisting people at imminent risk of homelessness with their rent and/or utilities (electric, gas, and water). Due to limited funding, may assist with mortgage payment assistance.

Services include:- Accepts reports of abuse- Assessment of the initial referral- Consultation with individuals who suspect abuse- Consultation with the family to determine the nature of the problem- Dependency investigation- Explanation of reporting statutes and answer questions regarding agency practices- Ongoing support services for children and their families- Refers to the Family Resources program to assist families with basic parenting and referrals to other related programs regarding Indian Child Welfare programs- Temporary placement of children who are removed from the home- Works with the family toward unification or reunification
