Volunteer drivers provide non-accessible transportation to medical, dental, counseling, etc., in and around Benton, Mille Lacs, Morrison, Sherburne, and Stearns counties

Provides curb-to-curb service with wheelchair-accessible buses and vans. Operates within 3/4 of a mile from the DTA's regular routes in the City of Superior, Proctor, Hermantown, and Rice Lake and within the city boundaries of Duluth.

- Provides local transportation and/or Dial-A-Ride services for all residents of Cannon Falls/Randolph, Faribault, Northfield, Kenyon/Wanamingo, Lake City/Frontenac, Lonsdale, Pine Island, Plainview/Elgin, Red Wing, Wabasha/Kellogg, and Zumbrota/Mazeppa. - In some cities, Hiawathaland Transit has established routes that serve the majority of the city limits. Riders may get on the route(s) at their own discretion; pre-scheduled route deviations are also available. - In other communities, Dial-A-Ride bus is available. - In cities where both route and Dial-A-Ride exist, some eligibility restrictions do apply to the Dial-A-Ride service. Each bus is handicap accessible. Assistants accompanying a person with disabilities ride free. Drivers do not assist individuals into homes, apartment buildings, or businesses. Tokens are encouraged. Drivers do not make change. Passengers are required to pay their fare before their ride and will be charged for any no-call no-shows. Drivers do not assist passengers with packages and number of packages may be limited to what a passenger can independently carry and can be properly and safely secured. Twenty-four hour advance notice is encouraged for any ride needing the use of the lift.

Provides general public transportation within McLeod, Sibley, and Wright counties. There are two different services: Dial-A-Ride bus and minivan service. Professional drivers use handicapped-accessible buses to provide Dial-A-Ride service throughout the three counties and within one mile outside McLeod and Sibley county borders. Professional drivers operate the minivan service to provide rides to individuals who need transportation above and beyond what can be provided by the bus system. The minivan is often used because a customer is in a wheelchair and needs to go outside the service area of the buses.

Shared ride, curb-to-curb service for individuals residing in areas where there is no fixed route bus service connecting neighborhoods to the Mankato Transit System network. Rides are scheduled from a Flex Zone to the service area and from the service area back to the point of origin. Flex Zone areas include: -Skyline -Select areas in the city of North Mankato -Select neighborhoods in the city of Mankato: -Germania Park Neighborhood -LeHillier in South Bend Township -Sibley Park Neighborhood -Tourtellotte Park Neighborhood (north) -West Mankato
Provides public transportation throughout Watonwan County, including the cities of Butterfield, Darfur, La Salle, Lewisville, Madelia, Odin, Ormsby, and Saint James. Some routes also extend to cities outside of Watonwan County such as Fairmont and Mankato. Transportation is provided to residents for workplace, health care appointments, shopping trips, places of education, and other community services and activities. Fleet vehicles can accommodate wheelchairs, walkers, bicycles, and strollers.

Resources and services provided include: - Appliances - Clothing - Financial counseling - Furniture - Household items - Information and referral to community resources - Mentoring - Minor car repairs - Transportation to appointments - Vacuums - Winter clothing ?All services are dependent on volunteer availability and donations; there is no guarantee of receiving services or assistance. A network of volunteer drivers who provide safe, affordable, and flexible supplemental transportation for worship services, medical appointments, access to Metro Transit, shopping local businesses (grocery stores, food shelves), community services (volunteer or social events), and running errands. Provides rides 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, depending on volunteer driver availability. Volunteer drivers use their personal vehicles and have passed a background check. There is a rider handbook, and a volunteer driver application and handbook available on the website. Volunteer opportunities include: driver, dispatcher, sponsor, and rider registrar.
