All Court hearings from Parking Violations and Conciliation Cases to Felonies handled through Itasca Court Administrators office. - Bankruptcy is a Federal Court issue. - Judges presiding over court cases in Itasca County are: - Judge Korey Wahwassuck - Judge Heidi Chandler - Judge Lois Lang Xpro - (Child Support Cases) before Magistrates are also heard in Itasca County three days per month. Gross Misdemeanor and Felony special term days are on Mondays. Traffic Court is held on Tuesdays in the afternoon. Conciliation Court is scheduled on Friday afternoons. Family and civil matters are heard at specific court times set by Court Administration. Jury selection and management is also handled by Court Admin.
