- Dementia Friends Training: One hour training sessions provide information and help to people to recognize the signs and symptoms of dementia and offer tips for ways to better communicate and support a person experiencing dementia. These sessions are offered to any interested community group.
- Grief support for those experiencing loss of a significant person in their lives
- PEARLS (Program to Encourage Active and Rewarding Lives): Helps older adults understand persistent sadness and depression by offering in-home counseling sessions and assistance with creating an action plan to improve mood. In-home art therapy sessions are also offered by an art therapist.
- Provides assessments, case management, and referrals to community services for older adults and adults with disabilities to community services including home health, homemaking, transportation, companion, and volunteer services
