- Professional labor support: Doulas stay with mothers through labor and delivery assisting with comfort measures and emotional support - Prenatal and postpartum education

Provides the following wellness programs: - Community Re-entry: Supports individuals who feel isolated or disconnected from family and community by connecting them with a network of community members and resources. - Cultural Self-Study: Guides individuals in gaining knowledge and insight to deepen their understanding of cultural identity and practice through a personal self-study. - Health Institute: Hosts healing circles for families experiencing illness or loss, provides support for pregnant women throughout pregnancy-including on-staff doulas-and assists with the development of cultural ceremonies and rituals for important life events. - Life Coaching: Offers elders who provide check-ins for those seeking guidance, advice, assurance, wisdom, or emotional support. - Map to Wellness: Helps individuals create step-by-step action plans to overcome barriers that impede their personal wellness, health, and spiritual well-being. - Problem Solving: Collaborates with community members to generate knowledge and insights that resolve current challenges and prevent future problems.
