Services include well-child exams, sports, school, camp, WIC, Headstart, or daycare physical exams. Also includes immunizations, hearing and vision checks, and laboratory tests (urine, lead, and hemoglobin). Children who are eligible for Child and Teen Checkups can also see a dentist for yearly dental checkups.
