Family practice primary care health clinic for all ages providing: Medical: - ADD/ADHD treatment - Chemical health services - Child wellness care and sports physicals - Chronic disease management; diabetes management and prevention - Fetal Alcohol Spectrum evaluation and treatment - Health maintenance and preventative services - HIV and Hepatitis C treatment and prevention - Physical exams, adult and child immunizations, flu and COVID-19 vaccine, cancer screenings, pap smears, mammograms - Prenatal care and family planning - Specialized care for adults and children Dental: - Cleanings and oral hygiene instructions - Crowns and bridges - Dental exams - Emergency appointments - Extractions - Fillings - Root canal therapy Also offers mobile medical services including diabetic eye exams and mammograms, and Telehealth services available.

Children who are eligible for Child and Teen Checkups can also see a dentist for yearly dental checkups.
