Access to well-child checkups for children and teens up to age 21, including young parents, who are on Medical Assistance (MA) or MinnesotaCare. Also includes immunizations, hearing and vision checks, and laboratory tests (urine, lead, and hemoglobin). Children who are eligible for Child and Teen Checkups can also see a dentist for yearly dental checkups.

Offers free or low-cost medical, dental, and mental health services to the youth of Brooklyn Center schools and community ages birth to 19.

• Behavioral health counseling: Talk therapy for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), depression, and mental wellness

• Dental care: Silver Diamine for tooth decay or pain and fluoride treatment for children

• Dermatology: Minor skin procedures and toenail removal

• Diabetes education: Education on how to live with type I and type II diabetes

• Electrocardiogram (EKG) testing: A non-invasive heart test to help diagnose conditions

• Family medicine: General care for patients of all ages, including physicals, acute illness care, and preventative care

• Family planning or birth control, including prescriptions, IUDs, and implants

• Genecology: Reproductive care for women, including Pap tests

• Imaging services, including X-rays and ultrasounds
