Winona ORC Industries is a non-profit agency providing vocational and employment services for adults with disabilities. Services include:
- Vocational preparation
- Short-term training on job sites in the community and on-going follow-up and training
- Jobs skills classes
- Liaisons between employer and employee and education of employers about disabilities
- Center-based employment in areas of packaging, assembly, machining, and recycling
- Community-based employment where clients work in small groups at local businesses under the guidance of a job coach
- Supported employment in direct hire positions and follow up services once the client is hired
- Stepping into Competitive Employment (IPS) offering job placement and support for persons with serious mental illness

Employment - Caledonia - Ability Building Community - ABC - Houston
Ability Building Community (ABC) offers vocational and employment services. ABC Works is a program for people with barriers to employment. The program offers skills development and work and volunteer opportunities in the communities and in ABC facilities. ABC also offers supported employment services to assist people in finding and maintaining work outside of the Center. Participants are supported by an ABC staff and fellow crew members in the work environment. In addition, the Caledonia Center offers vocational evaluations, providing an assessment of work skills and interests. Leisure and Recreation opportunities are available.

Work Services - Occupational Development Center - Itasca County
- Once a participant has successfully completed Employee Development Services but is not yet ready for supported or competitive employment, he/she may be hired into work services.
- Program provides work and fringe benefits while continuing the individualized work goals and skills training for participants.
- Behavioral goals and productivity are constantly monitored by staff.
- When the participant meets the criteria necessary for community employment, he/she is assisted with job placement in the community
