Work Services - Occupational Development Center - Itasca County
- Once a participant has successfully completed Employee Development Services but is not yet ready for supported or competitive employment, he/she may be hired into work services.
- Program provides work and fringe benefits while continuing the individualized work goals and skills training for participants.
- Behavioral goals and productivity are constantly monitored by staff.
- When the participant meets the criteria necessary for community employment, he/she is assisted with job placement in the community
