Individualized employment services and support for people living with disabilities include: - Day Training: Provides choices on how to spend time on learning work or leisure activities - Employment Services: Helps individuals to explore work and introduce employment options. This service helps people to make an informed choice about working in competitive, integrated employment. - Habilitation - Prevocational Services: Offers training that focuses on building necessary skills and behaviors that the person needs to succeed in the community. ?

Offers center-based programs, community employment and work services including candle manufacturing, recycling, culinary arts, clerical duties, enclave work sites and/or recreational opportunities. Day Services provides the following: - Day Support Services - Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H) - Employment Development Services - Employment Exploration Services - Employment Support Services: Helps explore the persons interests, identify their skills, create resumes, fill out job applications, practice interviews, and help with transportation needs - Pre-vocational - Structured Day

- Once ODC trainees and employees are ready for employment, individualized job seeking/job retention skills are taught - The ODC placement staff works closely with each person during the placement process so that exploring job resources, writing resumes, and job interviewing become lifelong skills - Two-week evaluations within private companies can be used - This allows an employer to critique the participant's performance without obligation to hire and provides the individual useful appraisal information - ODC staff provide consultation and follow-up services for those moving into community employment to assure a smooth transition

We also help individuals with physical therapy plans prescribed to individuals by doctors and physical therapists.?? - Habilitation Services: Provides individualized training/support in skills needed for day-to-day living and community integration. - Life Enrichment Services: Provides a space for service recipients to participate in activities they enjoy doing that make their lives better. - Vocational Services: Provides on-site paid opportunities with various jobs from area businesses. ?

- Once a participant has successfully completed Employee Development Services but is not yet ready for supported or competitive employment, he/she may be hired into work services. - Program provides work and fringe benefits while continuing the individualized work goals and skills training for participants. - Behavioral goals and productivity are constantly monitored by staff. - When the participant meets the criteria necessary for community employment, he/she is assisted with job placement in the community

- Provides work orientation, work activity training, community orientation, and focus on personal habits as related to work and other aspects of daily living - The emphasis of this program will be the world of work and will include assistance in developing individual work habits and skills and developing a relationship between work and the community through supported employment and community orientation
