- Center Based Employment: Provides a structured employment environment which allows individuals to learn manufacturing skills and appropriate work behaviors

- Community Based Employment: Provide employment training and rehabilitation services. Clients work in small groups at local businesses under the guidance of a job coach

- Job Placement Services: Partners with many local businesses including Rochester Quality Building Maintenance, Winona School District, Culvers, Hy-Vee, Walmart, Winona 7 Theatre, Fastenal, and Chartwell Food Services. Th goal is to succeed in the placement of a client with an employer.

- Supported Employment: Offers job development and placement, assistance in developing resumes, on the job training, follow up services, support on or off the work site, and coordination with employers

- Vocational Rehabilitation Services: Provides work adjustment training, assessments, employment skills training, internships, and placement services. This program allows staff to work one-on-one with clients to tutor them in areas such as certified nursing assistant, janitorial skills, basic food service, retail, and driver education.
