Refugee Cash Assistance Program - RCA - Fillmore County Community Services - Social Services
The Minnesota Department of Human Services provides Refugee Cash Assistance (RCA) to persons with eligible status who are ineligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or MFIP for up to 8 months after arrival in the United States.
NOTE: Able-bodied RCA recipients are required to participate in an employment and training program; RCA recipients who are disabled or 65 years of age or older are required to apply for SSI.
