Child Find Parent Help - Child Find of America

A helpline for parents who are living apart and having problems sharing custody of children, communicating, or paying child support, or with visitation, custody, and the courts. Collaborative staff specialists help to prevent and resolve parental/family abductions. Parent Help offers: - Access to a comprehensive information and referral network - Crisis intervention - Conflict skill-building - Mediation of co-parenting plans (when appropriate) - Parenting education

Redleaf Center for Family Healing - Hennepin Healthcare

Offers mental health support for individuals with mood, anxiety, or trauma-related disorders who are planning a pregnancy, currently pregnant, or parenting children ages birth to 5 years. Programs include: - HopeLine: Free mental health telephone support (not a crisis line). Staff return calls within 2-3 business days to provide triage and connect to resources. - Mother-Baby Connections: Weekly group therapy and parenting support (1.5 hours per week). Contact the center for current group schedules. - Mother-Baby Day Hospital: Partial hospitalization program offering group psychotherapy and medication management, 5 hours/day, Monday-Thursday, for 2-4 weeks. Serves as a step-down from inpatient care. - Perinatal Outpatient Program (POP): Group psychotherapy and psychoeducational sessions (virtual and in-person) 3 days/week for 8-12 weeks, for those needing more support than standard weekly therapy but not requiring partial hospitalization.

Parent Stress Line - Parents Helping Parents

A warm line offering a safe space for parents and caregivers to talk about the challenges of raising children. Services are provided with kindness, understanding, and non-judgmental support when needed to help prevent a situation from escalating into a crisis. Parent Line Specialists offer support, empathy, encouragement, information, and referrals as necessary.
