These homes are located in various urban and suburban neighborhoods in Hennepin and Anoka Counties. Independent Living: Rent subsidized apartments for adults with developmental disabilities who can live independently with limited support. Funded through HUD. Supportive Living: Provides an option for individuals who want to live more independently in the community rather than with a parent or guardian, and are well suited for an alternative to a traditional group home. Services are delivered to an individual in their own home or apartment.
