Providing homes for 6 - 10 adults. - Residential children's home located in Richfield. The program provides each child with a safe, stable, and nurturing environment, while working with case managers to secure an appropriate long-term home. The program serves children ages 4 - 18 with intellectual and developmental disabilities. - Short-term youth crisis home providing support to children ages 5 - 17 who are on a CADI waiver and have mental health needs. Located in Anoka County. - Over 25 community residential homes with 3 - 5 residents in each located in Carver, Hennepin, and Scott counties.

- Licensed residential facilities and intermediate care facilities - Waivered care for children and adults with developmental disabilities - Includes active treatment provided in a residential environment with 24-hour nursing care available - CAC homes with 24-hour nursing available

Lancer House is an intermediate care facility providing care and supervision for residents with higher needs, but not requiring 24-hour nursing care. The facility has a capacity of 15 clients.

Supervised Living: Operates 27 homes for adolescents and adults with disabilities and provides services for the developmental, health, safety, and social needs of each person. These homes are located in various urban and suburban neighborhoods in Hennepin and Anoka Counties. Independent Living: Rent subsidized apartments for adults with developmental disabilities who can live independently with limited support. Funded through HUD. Supportive Living: Provides an option for individuals who want to live more independently in the community rather than with a parent or guardian, and are well suited for an alternative to a traditional group home. Services are delivered to an individual in their own home or apartment.
