The YMCA has a fitness center for individual work-outs and also offers a variety of fitness classes. Fitness classes offered include: aerobics, aquatics, cardio, pilates, yoga, cycling, strength training, flexibility, and relaxation. The Fitness Center has free weights, machine weights, and other training equipment and is open to ages 12 and over. Fitness assessments and personal training services are available.
In addition the YMCA offers:
- Racquetball/handball courts,
- Two gymnasiums,
- Two pools available with a pool-lift available for people with disabilities,
- Indoor running track ,
- Two whirlpools,
- Two saunas, and
- Six locker rooms (including 4 special needs lockers).
The YMCA also provides a babysitting service for participants using the facility.
