- Community-based classes provided in a group setting for adults to work through the quitting process. There are eight sessions. Can also be offered at workplaces. - Smoking Cessation Counseling: Available by phone and provided by a healthcare professional. Service is free and available as often as needed. - On-line: Free and premium options for adults who cannot attend a community class. Provides chemical dependency services to adolescents. Services offered: - Addiction Medicine Clinic: Medication-assisted therapy, medication management, tobacco cessation, and in-person or virtual visits - Adolescent Residential: Offers chemical dependency treatment, access to mental health services, a school program, and family therapy. The program is 6 - 8 weeks in length. - Comprehensive Assessment: Chemical dependency evaluations. Same-day assessments are often available. - Evening Outpatient: Primary substance use program that offers a mental health component. The program runs for 6 weeks and requires two 3-hour sessions per week.

East African Smoke Free Program: Works to implement smoke-free policies within residential multi-unit housing and smoke-free community gathering events. Community Health Workers provide outreach to residents and works with large community events to provide health education to heighten awareness of tobacco use and smoke exposure. Karen Tobacco Free Program: Partners with the Karen Organization of Minnesota to educate the Karen community on the harms of tobacco and to eliminate the use of tobacco in indoor and outdoor settings.
