Medications should be kept in the original container and placed in a sealed, clear plastic bag. Individuals should use a marker to cross out their name on the container. Drop off is anonymous - no ID is required. If the individual doesn't have the original container, medication should be placed in a clear, plastic bag and the name of the medication should be written on the bag.
