Services are provided by a team of specialists who help individuals develop skills, reduce competing behaviors, and enhance educational efforts. Services include: - Diagnostic and comprehensive behavioral assessment to establish an individual's current functioning to understand the individual's needs and barriers - Parent and staff trainings on client-specific program plans. Training is active, ongoing, and occurs in conjunction with program monitoring. - Technology used to provide skills training such as the Applied Behavior Analysis. This is done in the community, in the child's home, or an office setting. Trained staff work with children with autism to develop a variety of skills in a structured format, using shape and reinforcement strategies. - Treatment plan using a skills deficit model and comprehensive client-centered approach.
