A referral system for the Early Intervention Program, a system of coordinated services that promotes the child’s growth and development and supports families during the critical early years. Early intervention services are for eligible children ages birth - 3 and their families. The program is federally mandated through the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
