Level IV Trauma Center, which provides stabilization, evaluation, and treatment for patients with acute or life-threatening illness or injury. Provides initial trauma care and transfers to a higher level of trauma care when necessary.

Offers a range of programs designed to support teens in their social, emotional, and personal development. Programs include:

• Mentoring program: Connects teens with caring adult mentors and peers through recreational activities, summer trips, retreats, civic engagement projects, and one-on-one mentorship, helping them build confidence, skills, and meaningful relationships

• Support groups: Youth can be heard, share experiences, and receive guidance through healthy suggestions and encouragement

This is an individualized program for the at-risk student who is self-motivated to complete high school graduation requirements. Success in this program is dependent upon attending on a regular basis, completing assignments and maintaining a steady rate of progress. Students meet once or twice a week (in groups of up to five) with their teacher(s) and then complete assignments on their own time

Patients who need to speak with a financial counselor, need cost of care estimates, or determine if they may qualify for financial assistance to pay for procedures, may reach out about options. Financial counselors can help individuals understand patients' responsibilities and may offer no-interest payment plans. Other options may include: ?HealthPartners Clinics Financial Assistance Program: Available to patients unable to pay for emergency and other medically necessary care. Contact about a bill, talk about the cost of care, billing collection issues, or the financial assistance program.

Community-based pre-apprenticeship program. Participants receive hands-on training in construction and carpentry skills while working toward their GED or high school diploma. Youth are offered CPR certification, OSHA certification, and NCCER training. Youth work on a myriad of projects ranging from demolition and renovation to new construction. Every participant is provided with workplace skills via paid work experience. Participants get experience in reading a tape measure, using handheld and power tools, estimating project needs, painting/staining, installing cabinets, sheetrock and mudding, demolition, installing banisters and stairs, concrete work, installing flooring, window installation, roofing, framing garden beds, and picnic tables. Construction projects focus on low-income housing and nonprofit organizations.

Patients without health insurance or who otherwise demonstrate an inability to pay for healthcare services received may qualify for various financial assistance programs.

Provides state-funded food assistance to legal noncitizens ages 50 or older who do not qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly called Food Stamps or Food Support) because of their citizenship status. Monthly benefits are loaded on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which looks and works like a debit card. ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers. Works to strengthen families and engage the ability of all parents to provide an environment that supports the healthy development of their child. Services may include:
