ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers.

The 'Jóvenes Profesionales' (Young Professionals) program is a pilot program to help low-income high school students and young adults of many ethnicities explore post-secondary education and career options, and to provide practical assistance to find and secure long-lasting and stable jobs.

Provides an emergency food shelf in the form of a mini market where individuals can select their own food items. Food shelf can be accessed once per calendar month. Accepts food and financial donations.

The Emergency General Assistance program is a short-term, one-time assistance program for persons in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, moving expense, necessary home repairs, or need for furniture or appliance replacement or repair. This assistance is available to use once a year only. Clients may also be eligible for Emergency Assistance and/or Emergency Medical Assistance.

Patients who need to speak with a financial counselor, need cost of care estimates or determine if they may qualify for financial assistance to pay for procedures may reach out about options. Financial counselors can help individuals understand patients' responsibilities and may offer no-interest payment plans.

Provides supported, community-based employment services, including job placement, coaching, day training, habilitation, individualized planning, and case management. Partners with over 100 local businesses across industries such as food service, manufacturing, and hospitality to offer meaningful work experiences. Additionally, offers a SHAPE Fitness Center where participants have daily access to adaptive equipment, structured programs, and trained professionals to support health and wellness.

Provides establishment and enforcement of child support orders. Services include:

• Collecting current and past-due support payments

• Locating non-custodial parents

• Establishing parentage

• Establishing and enforcing child support orders for basic, medical, or childcare support

• Reviews and modifies court orders for support

NOTE: Child Support Services does not provide parenting time, custody, legal advice, divorce counsel, or spousal maintenance establishment

Art therapy provided in groups or individual sessions. Groups sessions include trauma groups, LGBT+ teens and young adults, and multi family. Weekly group sessions are held in Saint Cloud. One time groups with five or more clients may be arranged in other areas with advanced notice.

Provides help to at-risk families to avoid future incidents of child maltreatment and to enhance child and family well-being, including: ?- Comprehensive assessments, early intervention, outreach, and supportive and therapeutic services?

• Connect families with county and community-based services

?- Limited financial assistance for families to meet basic needs

• Community center, picnic pavilions, and sports equipment available for rent

• Maintains the use of all city recreation facilities, including:

ballfields and soccer fields parks and playgrounds picnic shelters skating rinks and warming houses tennis and pickleball courts trails

Thrift stores located throughout the metro area. Accepts donations of new and used items that are clean and in good condition. NOTE: Thrift stores do not have cribs, strollers, car seats, entertainment centers, desks or anything with a mattress (including futons, sleeper sofas, etc.) available or accept donations of same. Will pick up furniture for cost if the caller lives in the pick-up area which is 30-40 miles around the metro area and includes about 100 cities. Furniture must not be damaged. To be eligible for furniture pick-up, donations must also include a minimum of three bags of new or used clothing and household items.

Residents can recycle the following items:

• Cardboard: Hard and soft-covered books and phone books

• Glass: Containers, bottles, and jars (green, brown, and clear)

• Paper: Magazines, catalogs, newspapers, white/colored paper, construction paper, and corrugated cardboard

• Plastics: Containers with necks and recycling symbols with the following numbers: 1, 2, 5, or 7

• Tin/Aluminum: Tin food cans and aluminum beverage cans

Offers a discount program for eligible patients and a payment plan option for any balance not covered by the discount. The program cannot be used for dental and pharmacy bills and charges. Program assistance is based on:

• Assets, such as property or savings accounts
• Family size
• Income
• Liabilities, such as bills or regular payments due

Individuals may apply even if they have insurance coverage.
