Provides case management for all court cases processed in Wright County District Court, including criminal, civil, family, probate, juvenile, traffic, and conciliation courts. Collects all court fees and fines, schedules court appearances, maintains court records, and coordinates jury qualification and selection.

Contracts with Change Healthcare to assist patients with Minnesota Healthcare Program or Hennepin Healthcare Charity Care applications. Representatives can be accessed at the Clinic & Specialty Center, Whittier Clinic, or Brooklyn Park Clinic. ??MNsure Enrollment On the MNsure marketplace, individuals can find, compare, and choose healthcare coverage, including commercial health insurance plans and low-cost or free plans through government programs. A financial counselor can help complete the online application. If eligible for a government program such as Medical Assistance or Minnesota Care, individuals may enroll through MNsure year-round. Uncompensated Care Enrollment If not eligible for coverage through MNsure, individuals may qualify for the Uncompensated Care discount program. Children's Therapeutic Services and Support (CTSS): Provides therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents whose functioning is impaired due to a mental health or emotional difficulty. Skills training focuses on daily living activities and coping strategies. Outreach services are offered in the home, school, or community to help children and families build skills, regain abilities, and support healthy development. Children's Day Treatment Services: Offers intensive daily programming within the school setting to help children improve behavioral, social, and emotional functioning. Services may include group therapy, skills training, family therapy/skills training, and individual therapy as needed.

Two scholarships are offered to national undergraduates and graduates. Scholarship amount and distribution depend on eligibility requirements. National Undergraduate Scholarship:

• $3,000 annually up to four consecutive years until the student receives a maximum of $12,000 or graduates with a bachelor's degree, whichever comes first

• Payable in equal amounts (per semester/trimester/quarter) directly to the college, university, or vocational-technical school for the purpose of defraying tuition and other fee costs (books are not to be included)

Graduate Scholarship:

• $3,000 per school year for up to two consecutive years until the student receives a maximum of $6,000 or graduates with a Graduate or Ph.D. degree, whichever comes first

• Payable in equal amounts (per semester/trimester/quarter) directly to the college or university for the purpose of defraying tuition and other fee costs (books are not to be included)

Provides state-funded food assistance to legal noncitizens ages 50 or older who do not qualify for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, formerly called Food Stamps or Food Support) because of their citizenship status. Monthly benefits are loaded on an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, which looks and works like a debit card. Services provided in person as well as by phone counseling and internet. Services include:

• Budget and Debt Counseling: Counselors work with clients on an in-depth review of their living expenses and debts combined with counselor guidance in debt management, goal planning strategies, or suggestions of alternate ways of handling particularly difficult financial concerns.

• Counselor on Call: Counselors provide brief Q & A to address consumer questions. The counselor can provide the caller with information about credit and debt, make referrals to community resources, or schedule an appointment with staff for other financial counseling services.

• Debt Management Plan: Consolidates monthly bills into one simple payment, often with lower payments and interest rates

• Financial Education: Workshops and classes for all age groups are geared to help individuals control their finances and provide resources on various financial topics; delivered to schools, churches, employers, and community groups.

• Housing Counseling: Pre purchase homebuyer, post purchase, foreclosure prevention, and reverse mortgage couseling, provided. HUD approved housing counseling agency.

• Student Loan Counseling: Helps individuals navigate repayment options for federal, state, and private loans. Helps individuals determine eligibility for repayment options, contact lenders, and can assist in developing a plan that considers the individual's financial situation.

Provides support for mothers in their breastfeeding journey to reach their breastfeeding goals. Services include over-the-phone or in-person support and connecting with community resources.

Offers a home-like environment to those facing dementia or other memory-related conditions. Services include meals and activities, medication management, housekeeping and laundry, reassurance, and comfort.

Provides intensive case management to adults with mental illness who need extra support when their symptoms are at an elevated level. The person receiving services and the team mutually agree upon individualized treatment goals and interventions, with short-term strategic interventions intended to stabilize symptoms and prevent or shorten hospital stays, avoid commitment to long-term hospitalization, and prevent the loss of employment, housing, and personal relationships. Services include:

• Assessment of mental health, chemical health, and functional status

• Coordination of referrals and community resources

• Coordination with the person's providers and support systems

• Crisis intervention

Features exhibits, programs, and hands-on experiences that help children of all ages celebrate their lives and cultures while exploring the cultures of the world. The museum houses the Big Red Bookshelf program, which provides free children's books at different locations throughout Duluth.
