Group and individual counseling for adolescent sex offenders

Cash-grant program for families with low incomes experiencing household emergencies. Families can receive assistance once every 12 months. The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Families must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help.Short-term, one-time grant assistance for persons in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, moving expense, necessary home repairs, or need for furniture or appliance replacement or repair.

A fund for people who have recently experienced a crisis within the last 90 days and have exhausted all other options. This fund is trying to help people out of poverty by giving out a helping hand.

Provides supportive housing for single parents, including individualized service plans. Individualized service plans may include:- Community building activities- Crisis intervention- Chemical health support- Life skills classes- Individual and group counseling- Job readiness and skills training- Parenting education

Provides financial wellness counseling including creating a budget, understanding credit, and making plans to reach financial goals.Provides free, 1 or 2 day financial wellness class utilizing the FDIC Money Smart curriculum that covers a variety of topics, including budgeting, money management, how to access and understand your credit report, how to manage your credit history and debt, and how to protect your identity and assets. Class materials are provided and offered virtually via Teams.

Head Start Head Start is a center-based preschool program for children 3-5 years old. Pays for room and board for seniors and adults with disabilities who have low incomes. Aims to reduce and prevent people from living in institutions or becoming homeless.All recipients receive assistance each month to help pay for rent and food. Some recipients also receive Housing Support supplemental funding to provide other services if they don't qualify for home and community-based waiver programs, including but not limited to:- Arranging for medical and social services- Arranging for meetings and appointments- Assistance with transportation- Medication remindersThe individual's housing provider receives payments to pay for rent, utilities, food, household supplies, and other necessities.

Provides online appointments with providers to anyone ages 2 - 75 years old. Patients can complete a 5-to-10-minute online assessment about their symptoms and health history. After symptoms have been reviewed by a physician or nurse, the patient will receive a follow up for their diagnosis and a treatment plan. Commonly treated conditions: - Acne - Cold - Diaper rash - Diarrhea/constipation - Eczema - Hay fever/allergies - Heartburn - Influenza/flu - Malaria - Motion sickness prevention - Pink eye/conjunctivitis - Sinus infection - Tick bites - Yeast infection

Provides specialized care and treatment programs for children and adolescents with eating disorders. A team of medical professionals collaborates closely with clients and their families to create a personalized treatment plan based on the client's needs. - Family based therapy (FBT): Involves the family in the treatment process, empowering parents to support their child's recovery; includes implementation of family meals, participation in family therapy, and engagement in various supportive activities. - Family learning day: Offers families educational sessions about eating disorders and supporting their loved ones. Families will work alongside other families to build relationships and community support. Meals and snacks are included in the sessions by specialized staff. - Family learning series: Offers 2 hour weekly group sessions for adults and siblings 12 years and older, led by licensed therapists offering educational resources including managing anxiety, developing routines, improving communications, strengthening relationships, and more for families and their children. Dinner is included along with support and guidance from specialized staff.

ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support.
