ECFE is a parenting education program for all Minnesota families with children between the ages of birth to Kindergarten entrance. Learning opportunities through ECFE may occur in a variety of settings, such as the families' homes, district or community sites, and online parenting education and support. Programming and education services often include parents/caregivers and children but may just include parents/caregivers. Services may include:

Offers 16 single bedroom housing options to clients at any level of the programming, including 4 rooms sharing a kitchen and bathroom. Residents have access to common area spaces in the basement, allowing for social interaction and community building. Residents are expected to adhere to house rules and encouraged to participate in programs, which can range from minimal involvement such as case management to full participation in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). The housing program accommodates from low level offenders to level 3 offenders offering support and rehabilitation to all individuals seeking services.

Summer day camp is a 1 - 13 week summer program offered to youth

Cash-grant program for adults with low incomes experiencing a household emergency. Adults can receive assistance once every 12 months. The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Adults must use their own money first. The amount of assistance received depends on the household size and type of emergency. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help.

• Provides assistance with past due rent for eviction, electric service payment assistance, gas service payment assistance, heating fuel payment assistance, and water service payment assistance due to a shutoff. Utility shut-off assistance is limited.

Also provides information about emergency go-kits.

Provides care services including personal care, medication distribution, security, validation therapy, and assistance with activities of daily living. Housing accommodations include:

Additional services available for a fee include dry cleaning, hairdressing, transportation to day care or physician's office, and accompaniment to medical visits or emergency care

Helps people without children who can't work enough to support themselves, and whose income and resources are very low pay for basic needs. The maximum monthly benefit is:

• $128 for a person living in a licensed residential facility or receiving substance use disorder treatment services

• $350 for a person living in the community

• Emergency funds may be available if the individual cannot pay for basic needs, such as shelter or food, and their health or safety is at risk because of this
