Housing Specialists can assist households with practical solutions, identify sources, alternatives, and mediate conflict resolution between landlords, friends, or family. - The initial access point to be connected with a Housing Specialist is short-term with a 30-day timeframe. After 30 days initial contact, households with no other pathways identified will be connected to a Housing Assessor and placed on the Housing Registry.NOTE: Single adults and families in need of shelter and housing hub services in Dakota County should call Dakota County's Housing Resource Line.
