Medicare Savings Programs have four sub-programs:- Qualified Disabled and Working Individuals (QDWI): Helps pay for Part A premiums only. Monthly income limits for individuals and married couples apply.- Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB): Helps pay for Part A and B premiums as well as deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments. A mental health program for children who require varying levels of intervention to address conditions of emotional disturbance that interfere with their ability to function independently. The program contains components of psychotherapy, and individual, family, and group skills training.

Adult Foster Care means the provision of food, lodging, protection, supervision, and household services to a functionally impaired adult in a residence and may also include the provision of personal care, household and living skills assistance or training, medication assistance and assistance safeguarding cash resources. Adult Foster Care licenses are issued through the individual counties and are available for settings of less than five residents. Adult foster care license holder may have a maximum license capacity of five if all persons in care are age 55 or over and do not have a serious and persistent mental illness or a developmental disability. There are two types: - Family adult foster care home means an adult foster care home that is the primary residence of the license holder, and in which the license holder is the primary care giver. - All other Adult Foster Care arrangements are considered Corporate Adult Foster Care and need to register under HWS with the county, if they meet the HWS criteria.

Assures the safety of all public water systems which includes those systems that serve a residential or transient clientele, i.e. municipal, factory, school, restaurant, etc.

MinnesotaCare is a health care program that is administered by the Department of Human Services and some counties. MinnesotaCare is available for people who do not have health insurance and meet income and household size guidelines. Residents receive a 4 day supply of food and can access the food shelf once per week.Food boxes may include shelf-stable pantry items, breads, cereals, meat, and other household necessities. On occasion, fresh produce is also made available.

Offers age-specific diagnostic and treatment options to address the specialized mental health service needs of older adults.Helps with a wide range of problems including depression, anxiety, changes in sleeping or eating habits, confusion thought disorders, and other issues that cause distress, put a person at risk, or reduce his or her ability to function in the community.Services include:- Comprehensive diagnostic assessment- Psychotherapy (individual, family, and group)- In-home psychotherapy- Educational training and workshops on geriatric mental health issues

Assist individuals living with a mental illness in areas of socialization, reducing isolation, improving social functioning, and connecting with peers and/or mental health staff. The program is offered monthly and quarterly during scheduled activities in the community.

Offers a nurse line available 24 hours/7 days a week for individuals who may need to speak with a nurse about medical care and where to go for care. Nurses can provide medical advice on what potential options are available, such as virtual care, primary care, urgent care options, or seek emergency care if needed at a HealthPartners location.
