Pro-choice pregnancy counseling organization that provides sexual health care and education to young individuals. Services are confidential and nonjudgmental. Offers information and resources to young individuals to make decisions for themselves. Services provided:

• Birth Control: Offers information about the different kinds of birth control methods. Birth control options available are emergency contraception and condoms. Some may require a referral for a visit with a nurse or provider, not onsite. Annex can help with providing information about each birth control option and direct as necessary.

• Pregnancy Testing: Offers an over-the-counter pregnancy test and pregnancy counseling services with all options in whatever care the individual may need, including adoption, abortion, and prenatal care referrals. Offers pro-choice and pro-life counseling services to young individuals.

• Sexual Preventative Care: Offers various types of preventative care such as blood pressure checks, breast and chest exams, colposcopy, mental health screenings, HIV prevention, yearly exams, urinary or vaginal infection and testing, and PAP smears from a licensed medical provider onsite.

This is a Medicaid program for beneficiaries who need help in paying for Medicare services. The beneficiary must have Medicare Part A and limited income and resources. For those who qualify, the Medicaid program pays Medicare Part A premiums, Part B premiums, and Medicare deductibles and coinsurance amounts for Medicare services. Benefits begin the month following the month in which approval occurred. Note: There can be a lag time before SSA is able to stop taking the premiums out of the recipient's benefit check, but the recipient will be reimbursed by SSA for all months eligible for SLMB and/or QMB or QI-1. The reverse is true when these programs terminate: recipients should be told to put aside premium costs from first month of termination on.

These programs are for youth who have nowhere else to turn for help to find employment, complete their education, and who need support to move forward.
