Provides supportive residential housing for men who are experiencing substance use disorders (20 beds available). Residents receive case management services to help them set and achieve goals, with a focus on permanent housing, education, employment, and recovery support. Stays typically range from 30 days to two years, depending on individual needs and progress.

Cash-grant program for families with low incomes experiencing household emergencies. Families can receive assistance once every 12 months. The assistance received must resolve the crisis. Families must use their own money first. The amount of assistance provided might not cover the entire emergency, but it can help. Emergency assistance provides short-term, one-time assistance for households in a financial crisis because of fire, flood, storm, illness, accident, theft, utility shut-off, eviction, foreclosure, moving expense, necessary home repairs, or need for furniture or appliance replacement or repair.

HOME Transition Mentorship Pilot Program:- Provides mentorship for older adults to support their goals to transition to the right home that fits their needs and enables them to live and thrive. -Provides guidance and support to Olmsted County older adults interested in making a housing transition. -Through mentorship support, helps older adults identify what is the right next "home" for them, and makes an actionable plan to reach their goals. -Provides education to older adults about housing needs and resources as they age.

Provides investigative and intervention services for child abuse, neglect, and/or abandonment. Services include:- Accepts reports of abuse- Assessment of the initial referral- Consultation to individuals who suspect abuse- Consultation with the family to determine the nature of the problem- Dependency investigation- Explanation of reporting statutes and answer questions regarding agency practices- Ongoing support services for children and their families- Temporary placement of children who are removed from the home- Works with the family toward unification or reunification

Psychiatric services focus on diagnosing and treating mental disorders of adults, including:- Anxiety disorders- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder- Mood disorders- Schizophrenia???Psychiatrists and advance practice nurses evaluate the need for psychiatric medications and meet with clients on a regular basis for medication management???Psychiatric nurses are available to answer questions about the purpose, side effects, and regime of prescribed medications

Offers a nurse line available 24 hours/7 days a week for individuals who may need to speak with a nurse about medical care and where to go for care. Nurses can provide medical advice on what potential options are available such as virtual care, primary care, urgent care options, or seek emergency care if needed at a Emplify Health, location.

Provides direct supervision of juvenile and adult offenders placed on probation for misdemeanor, gross misdemeanor, felony, DOC supervised release, and pretrial supervision.

Offers pastoral care to support individuals and families in times of need.
