Emergency General Assistance meets the emergency needs of eligible individuals who are in an emergency and who are residents of the state. EGA can offer emergency help with the following:
- Damage or rental deposits on a case-by-case basis
- Home repairs that make the house livable or clean up expenses for an apartment or home to make it livable
