The Scattered-Site Housing Program works directly with Coordinated Entry to provide permanent supportive housing within Ramsey County to women with a history of mental illness and/or chemical dependency, assisting with their goal towards recovery.Housing Navigators work to identify and remove barriers to housing, and work with landlords in the community to secure housing of the participant's choice. Upon moving in, wrap-around support services are provided by Case Managers and Peer Support Specialists to provide tenancy sustaining services as well as work on person-centered, long-term goals towards stability, self-acceptance, and empowerment.
