Navigator Programs
Provides basic needs such as hot meals, grab and go foods, clothing, laundry facilities, a shower, and more. Additionally, gives access to case managers on-site to help connect youth to education, employment opportunities, health and wellness programs, stable housing, and more. Also provides a 12-unit transitional housing facility in Coon Rapids that offers supportive services to young people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness.

Provides application assistance for a variety of programs such as: - MN Navigator Services: Helps individuals and families apply for health insurance enrollment, navigate health insurance options, and compare different health plans, including Medical Assistance or MinnesotaCare. The navigator will help clients choose and enroll in the right program for them. - Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP): Helps individuals apply for the SNAP program. Provides education and support on the application process to qualifying low-income individuals and families.
Provides advocacy services that assist with MNsure enrollment, assistance filling out financial assistance applications and other forms, and care coordination services.
Provides the following services: - Financial assistance with rent, utilities, rent and utilities arrears, transportation, basic needs, food, application fees, time-limited housing subsidies, emergency shelter, household necessities, etc. NOTE: Financial assistance may vary and is not guaranteed for every applicant. - Information and coordination related to public benefits, veterans' benefits, housing stability, employment, and legal issues - In-House Services: Housing stability case management, rental subsidies, legal, employment, justice-involved coordination, healthcare navigation, landlord engagement, outreach, documentation specialist, financial coaching, and free voluntary representative payee services

The MNSure Assister Directory is an online tool that helps Minnesota residents locate nearby insurance brokers and MNSure navigators. Individuals can search by organization name, county, zip code, and even languages spoken to find an assister who can help get through the application process. Assisters can help consumers in person, by phone, or through virtual meetings. - Navigators help individuals and families apply and enroll in health plans through the MNSure marketplace - Navigators are obligated to help any consumer who contacts them for assistance - Navigators are formally contracted partners with MNSure and receive online training, pass a certification exam, and undergo a background check - Navigators can assist eligible individuals with applying for the Insulin Assistance Program - Navigators are not insurance agents or brokers
