Refers callers to appropriate county and state agencies for specialized information on services.

- Administers the Oneida Continuing Education scholarship program - Advocacy, information and referral, crisis/emergency services, care management for adults/families regarding issues including immigration, refugee, and new citizens issues - Bridge to Benefits assistance - Education and training program assistance and referrals - Employment, education, and training assistance and referrals - Fare for All Express discounted grocery food program (monthly by walk in) during designated hours - Free income and property tax assistance (offered once or twice a week, three months each year) - Free monthly family movie nights and book fairs held three times annually - Health issues and medical insurance coverage assistance and referrals - On-site Alcoholics Anonymous-support groups (two options weekly) Other programming for families and individuals offered through collaborative partners: - Referrals and information for Bridging, clothing, emergency shelter, and food shelves
