The program serves American Indian and Alaskan/Hawaiian Natives in a 71-county service area within Minnesota. NOTE: The service area excludes Hennepin County. Participants do not need to be enrolled in a tribe, but must provide proof of American Indian ancestry. Offers employment and training services including:

Summer and school-year programs available. North 4: Provides pathways to success for gang/clique involved adolescents and young adult men residing in four north Minneapolis neighborhoods. Services include leadership, life skills, and work-readiness training, one-on-one job coaching and on-going individual support. Participants are encouraged to participate, plan, and lead community engagement activities/events and retreat-style activities.

Designed to further an individual's employment, retain their employment or help them find employment.

Hired supports individuals, families and youth through comprehensive employment services to learn new skills and achieve their academic and career goals. Programs are available throughout the Twin Cities, but not all programs are offered at every site.

• Adult Employment/WIOA Program: The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) serves individuals who are looking to improve their skills and advance their careers

• Career Training Program: Provides counseling, training, workshops, and job search assistance. Participants build skills and gain professional qualifications to find employment that is a right fit for them

• Family Stability/MFIP - Minnesota Family Investment Program: Assistance for parents who receive MFIP to help them build family-sustaining careers

• Youth Services: Provides coaching, support, and training to help youth and young adults complete a diploma or GED, explore careers, and gain employment in a field they are interested

Employs eligible youth in temporary jobs as part of year-round youth employment and training services under the Workforce Investment and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and Minnesota Youth Program (MYP). Education and Training:
