Provides a personalized approach to education and job training. Services include academic assistance, life-skill coaching, and job skills designed specifically for adults. Courses are provided in computer literacy, GED preparation, reading improvement, writing, business math, and memory improvement. Alcohol and drug free environment. Program also provides job preparation including help with resumes, career exploration, and interviewing, along with workshops on a variety of life skills and interests.

Child Protection Services: Conducts child protection investigations on all neglect and abuse complaints within the Band's jurisdiction. The program provides ongoing child welfare case management and prevention services to Band members, first-generation descendants, and American Indians within the Band's designated service area. The Indian Child Welfare program monitors the welfare of all Band children and first-generation descendants outside the Band's designated service area under the Indian Child Welfare Act. Foster Care: Licenses and trains foster care providers within the Band's designated service area. Any American Indian or community member with strong ties to the Mille Lacs Band may apply to become a licensed foster care provider. Independent Living and Life Skills program: Provides child welfare support services to Band members, first-generation descendants, and American Indians who are 14 - 21 years old and live within the designated service area of the Band. It also provides independent living assistance to Band members, first-generation descendants, and American Indians who are 16 - 21 years old and live within the Band's designated service area. Telephone Recovery Support (TRS): A peer-to-peer support program for individuals seeking to initiate and/or maintain recovery from drug/alcohol addiction. TRS volunteers reach out over the phone and check-in with individuals; and, if needed, connects them to resources needed to achieve and maintain recovery. This support is limited to the telephone. Recovery Coaching: Includes all Recovery Meetings and site-based Recovery Coaching. Recovery Meetings offer an open format where people can connect with others who are initiating and maintaining recovery. Groups range from the population served to the languages offered. Site-based Recovery Coaching provides opportunities to connect with a Recovery Coach in a one-to-one setting and connects individuals to resources to strengthen their recovery and remove barriers.

Equips people with education and skills for healthy relationships to promote confidence, growth, and positive life decisions through client-driven sessions with a Certified Life Coach to create opportunities for self-exploration, goal setting, and new possibilities regarding relationships with oneself and others.

A non-profit medical clinic that offers confidential pro-life services. Offers support and resources to men and women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy, are at risk for an STD, or need resources as new parents. Services include:

• Healing Generations: provides individual, family, and couples therapy for American Indian families. In addition to mental health services, case management services and therapeutic life coaching are also provided to clients. Some services include:

Short and long-term counseling for youth, adults, couples, and families Healing circles on select topics Mental health assessments Community education and workshops on the importance of mental health

• Family & Youth Trauma-Focused Groups: provides therapeutic groups focused on healing historical trauma and relationships in families and youth. Supports families to have healthy relationships and cope with stress in a positive way. Conducts groups for ages 7-11 and 12-18 that are facilitated by therapists. The groups focus on developing skills to manage trauma responses, healthy eating, physical exercise, and study skills.

• Wakanyeja Kin Wakan Pi (Our Children are Sacred): provides case management, parent education on infant safety and health, nutrition, prenatal education, home visits, connection to resources, and Mother's Circle support group for women who are pregnant or parenting children 13 months or younger. In addition to supportive services throughout and after pregnancy, limited chemical dependency supportive services are also available.

• Provides prevention, intervention, and aftercare supportive services for any young person aged 28 and under in the seven-county metro area who has experienced or is at risk of experiencing various levels of violence and trauma, focusing on sexual exploitation/sex trafficking.

• Gender-specific services for female/femme/trans youth age 17 and under in Ramsey, Hennepin, and Anoka counties offering one-on-one supportive services to young people who are justice system involved, experiencing sexual exploitation/human trafficking, or who are at high risk.

• Provides one-on-one life coaching and mentoring support aimed at helping assess and meet basic needs and goals, including strength-based, harm reduction, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed best practices

• Provides group-based education aimed at decreasing risk factors and increasing protective factors/resilience to prevent human trafficking and other forms of sexual trauma or domestic violence, and promotes healthy relationships

Community-Centric Approach: Uplifts families and young people, fostering community healing and empowerment. Personalized Support: Assistance is tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations.

An 8-session program designed for expecting or experienced mothers eager to grow in their parenting and personal relationships. Participants work one-on-one with a Certified Life Coach, and are provided parenting education, confidence boosting, stress reduction, and healthy coping skills. Offers two monthly groups: Moms Group and Latina Moms Group. Moms Group is an opportunity to build community with other moms. Latina Mom's Group is an opportunity to build community with other Spanish-speaking moms. Topics for both groups vary based on client interests and needs.

A gender-specific leadership program. Each session includes leadership presentations and workshops facilitated by YWCA staff and community leaders and covers various leadership topics, such as strengths-based leadership, values and ethics, managing conflict, and imposter syndrome.

A psychosocial rehabilitation program for veterans with a serious mental illness. Veterans work with a coach and as a group to create a recovery plan. Veterans work toward their goals by developing a recovery plan, attending programming 2 - 5 days per week, meet with a coach, explore educational services, and practice skills outside in the community.

Provides an anti-violence option and helps to provide pathways to exit the cycle of violence for adults who are currently involved or have been involved in gangs or street groups. Services include:

Designed for youth ages 12 - 24 involved with or graduating from extended foster care. Provides life skills and coaching services, education and employment support, housing assistance, and life coaches who connect youth to internal and external programs that supports their developmental, mental, and emotional health.
