Provides short-term grief support counseling for youth and adults and their families who are grieving the death or terminal diagnosis of a family member. Also provides referrals to mental health providers who offer long-term grief support, trauma therapy, or psychiatric care, and will assist clients with referrals to legal resources.

Participants work with a case manager to find and keep affordable housing and meet other personal goals addressing areas that have contributed to homelessness. The caseworker acts as a referral source, advocate and support person for the participant, helping connect them with resources and programs. Housing subsidy vouchers are awarded based on regional availability. Applicants must complete a VI-SPDAT assessment through Coordinated Entry first before accessing this program. - Outpatient therapy for individuals and families - Play therapy -Rule 25 assessments - Special mental health services referrals - Substance use counseling and referrals

Does not provide direct financial assistance.
