Participants work with a case manager to find and keep affordable housing and meet other personal goals addressing areas that have contributed to homelessness. The caseworker acts as a referral source, advocate and support person for the participant, helping connect them with resources and programs. Housing subsidy vouchers are awarded based on regional availability. Applicants must complete a VI-SPDAT assessment through Coordinated Entry first before accessing this program.
